In 2019, Shannon expanded her media presence as a contestant on Australian Survivor, showcasing her resilience, adaptability and ability to connect with audiences on screen. Since then, she has continued to grow her career both in front of and behind the camera, judging the 2023 Ark Swimwear Model Search and working as an independent model scout and mentor for agencies across Australia.

Passionate about supporting the next generation of talent, Shannon is also the founder of Model Lab, where she mentors aspiring models, sharing her industry knowledge and experience to help them build successful and sustainable careers.

Alongside her modelling career, Shannon has experience hosting events and is continuing to expand into travel, lifestyle and brand hosting opportunities.

Shannon has collaborated with leading Australian and international brands including GUESS, Bond Eye Swim, Boody, Seafolly, MINI, Huggies, JAG, The Iconic, SHEIKE, Synergie Skin and Penfolds.
